Roxanne is an experienced attorney known for her client service and detailed legal work. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Roxanne moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas, where she graduated with high honors with a B.A. in History. Roxanne moved back to Dallas to attend SMU Dedman School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude and a member of Order of the Coif.
Roxanne began her legal career at the international law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright. While at Fulbright, Roxanne represented companies in antitrust, labor and employment, and securities and finance disputes. In 2017, Roxanne joined Shupe Ventura and her practice focuses on economic development transactions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments involving tax increment reinvestment zones and public improvement districts.
